Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing. Our current supplier route is estimated at 5–15 business days in transit, for a total estimated delivery window of 6–18 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Items may ship separately when an order includes products fulfilled from different locations. Tracking information is sent when it becomes available.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once fulfillment begins, an address may no longer be changeable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the available resolution.

Returns

Contact us before sending anything back. Return eligibility and instructions depend on the item condition and fulfillment location. Used pet products and opened hygiene-related items may be ineligible unless defective.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
