Where do you ship?
Barkleon currently ships within the United States only.

How long will my order take?
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Our current supplier route is estimated at 5–15 business days in transit, for a total estimated delivery window of 6–18 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Will all items arrive together?
Not always. Products fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate packages.

How do I track my order?
Tracking details are sent by email once fulfillment information becomes available. Tracking events can take time to appear after a label is created.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue promptly.

Does Barkleon manufacture the products?
No. Barkleon curates third-party products and works with fulfillment suppliers.

Why is the collection small?
We would rather explain a focused assortment well than fill the store with near-duplicate products.

Can product colors vary?
Screen settings and production batches can create small color differences. Please review the selected variant before ordering.
